Photobox :: Canvas Review

As many of you know I’m a photographer and as many photographers do I adore having my pictures around the house on display. And for a while now I had considered getting a canvas done but with so many websites offering canvas’ in various sizes and prices I was too blown away to decide where to buy from. But then Photobox.co.uk offered me the chance to review one of their canvas’ up to the price of £40 and so I went browsing on their website to see what they had on offer.

Original Image

Photobox offer a range of different canvas prints with numerous options and sizes from rectangular, square and panoramic and all in classic and premium. Prices start at £24.99 for a 30.5cm x 20.3cm canvas, you could easily spend up to £114.99 for a 101.6cm x 76.2cm canvas!

The order process was easy and I was able to crop/resize my image as well as choosing weather to have the edges wrapped or not. I opted for no wrap as it suited the image I *eventually* chose better as it had a white background anyway.

I chose a Classic Canvas of 40.6cmx 30.5cm which would have cost me £34.99 without the voucher that photobox had provided. Delivery was quick and I ordered on the 21st Feb, according to the website it was despatched on the 28th however it actually arrived on my door that day!

I opened it in anticipation, my first ever canvas! And I can safely say that I am thrilled with the final product, it is just gorgeous. As we are moving soon (hopefully) I haven’t hung it yet as I want it to take pride of place in my new home but is still on show and when Grandma saw it for the first time yesterday she squealed “Oh my god that is so beautiful” I have to say I am really impressed, the finish is really well and it feels good quality.

I’ll definitely be getting any future canvas’ from photobox too 🙂
