Review: Pregna Pillo

We all know sleep and pregnancy don’t go well together, all those myths about it preparing you for your newborn etc, try telling that to me and the other pregnant mummies up at the crack of dawn on twitter 😉

A week or so ago a lovely little package arrived on my doorstep, it was extremely light and inside was a brand new “Pregna-Pillo” for me to trial out.

The Pregna Pillo website states that:

  • It cups and cradles your baby bump as it rests snugly on its unique concave shape.
  • Allows improved blood flow to the placenta.
  • Prevents swelling in the ankles and feet.
  • If you suffer from back pain and pelvic pain, the Pregna-Pillo provides you with critical support enabling your back and spine to remain supported in a straighter, less stressed position.

I’ve used it for a while now and I’ve got to say I absolutely love it. I love how compact it is, it means that because I’m a constant tosser and turner its easy to just flip it over and put it on the other side. It’s been extremely comfortable to use and as my bump has grown I have found it is lovely and supported. I’ve definitely not woken quite as much as I normally do.

The other two big +’s for this product is the fact that firstly it has a removable cover and it is compact so it is easy to transport if you are going for a night away and want to take your comfort with you!

The Pregna Pillo retails at £24.99 and can be brought directly from the website HERE.

I am certainly going to keep using this pillo especially if my bump gets anywhere near as big as it did first time around!!

Disclaimer: The pregna pillo was received free for the purpose of this review.

  1. Looks good! My baby is 6 months old now and I only got a pregnancy pillow after he was born to help with feeding positions (have a bad back) so wish i had had one when i was pregnant – he was a whooping 10lb 13ozs so you can imagine the size of my bump! Good luck with yours x
