Review : Blade and Rose Baby Leggings!

I’m a big believer of putting babies, especially active babies, in clothes that they can move about in freely. I have a little adventuerer who loves climbing and rolling around. He hates wearing jeans that are restrictive and I only put him in them if I want him to look ‘nice’. Otherwise he tends to be in his tights or tracksuit bottoms! When we were sent a gorgeous pair of boys leggings from Blade and Rose I was thrilled with how they looked. They are incredibly bright, you can’t miss them, but in a boy fashion too. Ours have a cute dinosaur on his bottom!

We got size 1-2 years as he is currently in 9-12 months clothes and they are a perfect fit with plenty of room to grow into them and I’m sure they will stretch and fit for the rest of the year. They also wash well and keep a good shape.

The freedom of leggings is similar to that of tights and there is nothing restricting him from climbing onto the sofa or bending and stretching to reach things. They are also great for babywearing as I can pop a pair of socks and shoes on and keep his tootsies warm and they allow movement in the hip area unlike jeans which I often find quite restrictive when we are wrapping so these are really handy to have!

We’ve had loads of comments on the style of them, especially when he was running around a soft play area and personally I love putting him in things that aren’t quite the norm!

Price wise they are £10 which may seem like alot for a pair of leggings but when you consider how unique they are, its not like your going to walk into the local play centre and see another child wearing them!! So personally I think for such a unique and high quality product they are actually quite a bargain!

The rest of the range are girls designs so its worth going and checking out Blade and Rose, they also do cute hats too! Go go go!
