Standardly having spent a few hours in a spa chilling out I would have then come home collapsed on the sofa and refused to move. But I’m a stubborn madame and when I say I’m going to do something I do it. So instead of chilling out at home instead I laced up my trainers and headed out for a run. I didn’t want to run the same route I did yesterday so I decided I had a rough idea of where I was heading and I would just see how long it was when I got back.
Turns out it was a 3km without me even realising. And I ran it in a PB! I’m going to continue with 3km for this week I think and then up to 4km next week. Tonight I also ran in the evening which is not like me. I struggled with a slight stitch on the first 10 minutes or so but it petered off and I noticed too that my pace is increasing, that probably helped with the PB!
Tomorrow I’ve decided I’m going to do Level 2 of the 30 day shred in the evening when I get in from work as it will be my only chance.
This whole exercising every day thing really isn’t natural to me but I’m not finding it anywhere near as bad as I thought it was going to be!
