Well it’s 1150 and I’ve just managed a quick 15 minute workout to a YouTube workout video. Everything worked against me tonight. I had planned to do 30 day shred when my mum had gone home when I got in from work and then my son woke up unwell and only fell asleep at 1115!
BUT I did it. I managed to some exercising. It may not be much but it is something. It’s odd. I do miss running on the days I don’t run. And the aches are getting less. Maybe I’m becoming more of a ‘real’ runner.
