Today’s been a long emotional day. I had work this morning. Then I was home for about 3 hours before I went back to work. In that 3 hours I had the school run so no rest time. I’ve felt on the verge of tears for much of the day. So when I got home tonight I’ve just wanted to crash. But it was bugging me that I wouldn’t achieve my juneathon goal if I didn’t move my butt. So instead I went on YouTube and looked up abs workouts, abs are my key area I want to focus on, so I did a quick 10 minute speed workout with some exercises that were surprisingly tough. I really do need to work on my core, I also added in a few extra moves too. Tomorrow is running club. And today I still achieved exercising despite the fact I really didn’t feel like it. But once I did it I felt amazing!
