Today was club run day. Well I say club. We are more a bunch of mums who want to exercise. I set out today with the hope of beating my 3km personal best. I felt quite good and although my legs were sore from the recent exercise spate I wanted to work on my speed. And I managed to beat A personal best even if it wasn’t my overall.

I felt better today, I am more positive than yesterday although I am DREADING 56 miles on a bike on Sunday!
