Following Sundays epic 54 miles on a bike I’m still feeling a little rough! Yesterday I hurt pretty much everywhere. Today my legs are heavy. I wanted to get back out and run today but coming up the stairs after school run was a real struggle and I decided a power walk would be better.
I loaded up little man and we set off for town. On the way there I felt ok. My legs were stiff but manageable but on the way back around 2.5miles they started to get really sore and my ankles just hurt! We made it home though and I’ve decided tomorrow I will run even if its short. If need be I will just do 2km. I’m not looking forward to going to work tonight and being on my feet for two hours solid.
