I had planned to go out with the buggy today and run. But when the time came I was just so tired I couldn’t face it. And then I ate a few more calories than I should have and knew I needed to do something.
I had a look on YouTube and was considering trying one of the dance workouts, except I can’t dance. And although I’d love to I just don’t have the confidence to try. Even in my own home. But I did find a few good kettlebell workouts so I stuck on hollyoaks and got to it! I do find I have to have a distraction from what I’m doing in order to stick at it. So hollyoaks is a good reason to get cracking and just ignore what I’m doing.
Until you lose focus and drop your kettlebell with a loud BANG that no doubt all 3 other flats in our block heard. Whoops!!!!!
