Yeah so my plan to go for a run today didn’t happen. Little man fell asleep and I couldn’t wake him to go running! He was so comfy on my chest.
So instead I’ve just done a workout incorporating the kettlebell exercises I’ve discovered this month and also some exercises which are good for runners and the leg muscles.
I’m having real issues with my tight right calf and really need to try and sort
it out! It’s incredibly painful at times!
Tomorrow is running club and I’m going to run 4km I’ve decided. That’s my goal. If I can beat last weeks 4k time I will be even happier!
