Well 30 days has happened. I’ve exercised every day of the month. Be it running, walking, cycling including 54 miles, kettlebell workouts and more. My body has changed and my waist has got slimmer. I’ve loved the buzz I’ve got off running and have realised I need to do it more!
Today I ran 5km. I ran it in 37:49. 2 minutes faster than my 5km on 1st June. It’s still hard work but I did it!
Feeling bloody proud of myself if I do say so!
